1. Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide 🌍
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location. You can check the shipping fees at checkout before completing your order.
2. How long does shipping take?
Our processing time is 1 to 2 business days. After that, shipping times are approximately:

Switzerland: 2 to 5 business days

Europe: 5 to 10 business days

USA & Canada: 7 to 14 business days

Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days
Please note that delays may occur due to customs processing or other factors beyond our control.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use that link to follow your order in real time. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder. It might be hiding there.
4. What payment methods do you accept?

5. What if I ordered the wrong size?
No worries. If you ordered the wrong size, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order.

6. Do you offer free returns?
Currently, we don't offer free returns. If you want to return an item, the shipping cost will need to be covered by you.
7. Do I have to pay customs fees?
For orders outside Switzerland, customs fees and import taxes may apply. These charges depend on the laws of your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
8. What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at yeemahelp@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will sort it out as quickly as possible.
9. Can I cancel or change my order?
We try to process orders as fast as possible, so we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations are possible once an order is placed.

11. What’s the best way to take care of my YEEMA gear?
To keep your pieces looking fresh:

Wash inside out at 30°C (cold wash)

Don’t bleach

Avoid tumble drying – let it air dry

If you need to iron, do it inside out on low heat
